At CURATORS, we collaborate with forward-thinking entities to build pilot experiences that inspire and inform change in growing cities around the world.
Comprising a small but diverse team of multidisciplinary designers from across the globe, we are united by our American education and professional work experience. In 2020, on the cusp of the pandemic, we initiated a quest to explore and challenge traditional approaches to the growing concerns of urban spaces. This journey began with the City of Charlotte.
The result of our exploration is a series of interventions poised to transform how people in cities find shelter, access clean water and good food, commute, and work. Through research, project development, and practice, we are reimagining the urban experience and paving the way for a sustainable and inclusive future.

At our core, we aim to build purposeful relationships between communities and organizations through creative ingenuity and by promoting technological advancement.

Alexis, our resident storyteller, is a prolific Cross-Disciplinary Designer and Junior Architect currently contributing his creative prowess to Alexiou & Associates Ltd. His forward-thinking approach to art and design is rooted in intensive participatory research and the weaving of personal narratives of those his work impacts, lending his creations an empathetic and human-centered focus.
In 2020, Alexis channelled his entrepreneurial spirit to establish Saint Roe Studio, a venture that marries aesthetics with function.

As the risk-taking leader of the team, Surajeet is always ready to reimagine solutions, expand his knowledge base, and connect teams across the world with new projects.
